Jason Bensen is a Principal Structural Engineer with 20 years structural engineering experience in concept, detailed design and construction of a variety of commercial, education, health and retail buildings and telecommunications structures including guyed masts and lattice towers. Jason’s experience includes working on a number of large-scale multi-discipline projects including Adelaide Oval, Western Sydney Stadium and Adelaide Convention Centre.
Jason is an industry leader in the design of seismic restraints for services and has been involved in their design for over a decade. Project highlights include post- disaster facilities such as the New Royal Adelaide Hospital and the South Australia Ambulance Station headquarters. Jason’s experience covers a variety of disciplines including mechanical, fire, hydraulic, electrical, medical gas, audio visual and ceilings. Jason’s experience includes international work in both London and Singapore and includes design to both Eurocodes and British Standards.
